About the Role
Intelleti is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to support the delivery and ongoing operation of Prisma Access and SASE solutions within enterprise customer environments in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and ongoing operation of Prisma Access / SASE solutions within customer environments
- Contribute to solution design, implementation, migration, and optimisation activities
- Act as a key technical point of contact for the customer on a day to day basis
- Participate in customer workshops, requirements gathering, and design discussions
- Produce and maintain High Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Designs (LLDs), migration plans, and operational documentation
- Support migrations from legacy VPN solutions, MPLS environments, and on prem firewall estates
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and security issues across Prisma Access and related technologies
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and customer teams to support successful delivery outcomes
- Provide knowledge transfer and operational support to customer teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, documentation, and best practices
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience working with Prisma Access in enterprise environments
- Good understanding of SASE/SSE architectures, enterprise networking, routing, VPNs, and firewall technologies
- Good understanding of identity integration (e.g., Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta or similar)
- Good understanding of Zero Trust and modern access models
- Experience in customer facing delivery, support, or engineering roles
- Comfortable working directly with customer stakeholders and technical teams
- Solid documentation and design capability (HLD / LLD)
- Experience supporting migrations from legacy VPN solutions, MPLS environments, or on prem firewall estates
- Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with valid residency and work authorization

Role Overview
- This role is based in Saudi Arabia with some work from home.
- We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to support the delivery and ongoing operation of Prisma Access and SASE solutions within enterprise customer environments.
- This is a hands on, customer facing role focused on implementation, optimisation, and day to day technical ownership.
