About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the site supervision team and act as primary point of contact between consultant, contractor, and client
- Oversee construction activities related to road networks and associated infrastructure works
- Supervise installation and construction of potable water networks and firefighting systems
- Monitor works related to gas distribution networks
- Supervise construction of stormwater drainage and sanitary sewage systems
- Oversee power distribution works (MV & LV) including associated infrastructure
- Supervise installation of street lighting and telecom infrastructure
- Monitor works related to irrigation systems and landscaping
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Review contractor submissions, method statements, and shop drawings
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards
- Prepare and review site reports, progress reports, and technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive experience in infrastructure supervision projects
- Proven experience in supervising roadworks and multi utility infrastructure including water, sewage, stormwater, gas, power, telecom, irrigation, and landscape works
- Prior experience working with engineering consultancy firms in a supervision capacity is mandatory
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (Civil) to join a supervision consultancy team for a large scale infrastructure development project located approximately 100 km north of Jeddah.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, design standards, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the site supervision team and act as the primary point of contact between the consultant, contractor, and client.
- Oversee construction activities related to road networks and associated infrastructure works.
