- Review and approve construction drawings, material submissions, and change orders to maintain project integrity and budget.
- Prepare comprehensive daily reports detailing work progress, issues encountered, and accomplishments for stakeholder review.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources essential for project continuity.
- Implement effective quality control measures, conducting tests on materials and workmanship to uphold project standards.
- Assist in the resolution of technical challenges and conflicts on-site, employing problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and that any deviations are addressed proactively.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional development.
