Role Overview
Lead site supervision for high-rise and tower construction projects with a strong structural engineering focus.
Ensure site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project requirements, and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall site supervision and supervise foundations, reinforced concrete, structural elements, and other critical works.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, construction programme compliance, inspections, testing, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Identify technical and construction issues and provide engineering recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct site and technical coordination meetings and review contractor progress against milestones.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, snag lists, and other project documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant construction and site supervision experience.
- Strong structural engineering background and experience as a Resident Engineer or in a similar senior site supervision role.
- Extensive experience in construction and supervision of high-rise or tower projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, structural drawings, construction methodology, and site inspection procedures.
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts, specifications, codes, and quality requirements.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, technical coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- UAE/GCC experience, UAE authority knowledge, and a UAE driving license are preferred.

- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 20,000–25,000 per month.
