Responsible for overall internal client management in terms of end to end implementation of policies of services defined

Design & conduct regular meetings with clients on a need basis to ensure execution of case plan

Liaise with the Housing Manager to ensure discipline and compliance with defined norms

Singly responsible to liaise with call centre after defined work hours for admission, next action steps and implementation of policies on referred cases

Be responsible for the execution of vocational activities after work hours and ensure documentation of the same for data retrieval
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in social services or equivalent
