The Reservations Supervisor oversees reservation activities, booking efficiency, inventory accuracy, and support for revenue optimization.
The role works with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments to support guest experience and hotel occupancy and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily reservation operations and compliance with hotel standards; manage bookings received by phone, email, online channels, and travel agents.
- Monitor availability, occupancy, and booking trends; maintain accurate PMS records.
- Support revenue strategies to maximize room sales and profitability; handle guest inquiries, special requests, and reservation complaints.
- Coordinate arrivals and special arrangements with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping; review and manage group reservations.
- Train and support reservation agents; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards; monitor performance and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years in Reservations or Front Office operations in hospitality; previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (the source names “Pep”) and a good understanding of revenue management principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organization and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
