Job Summary
The Reservation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the reservations team, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of bookings using **WINHMS**.
The role includes managing room inventory, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and ensuring excellent guest service from the reservation stage.
Key Responsibilities:1. Reservation Operations
- Supervise daily reservation activities and ensure all bookings are processed accurately in WINHMS.
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, OTA platforms, and walk-ins.
- Ensure proper room allocation and rate application.
- Monitor overbooking, cancellations, and no-shows.
2. System Management (WINHMS)
- Ensure correct input of reservations, guest profiles, and billing details in WINHMS.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (occupancy, forecast, pickup).
- Coordinate with IT/support for any system-related issues.
3. Revenue & Inventory Control
- Assist in rate loading and inventory updates in coordination with Revenue Manager.
- Monitor room availability and suggest strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
4. Team Supervision
- Train and guide reservation agents on system usage and SOPs.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage team performance.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
5. Guest Service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure timely response to all reservation queries.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
6. Coordination
- Liaise with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure smooth handover of reservation details to operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of **WINHMS PMS**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and reporting abilities

- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with WINHMS or similar PMS
