Manage hotel reservation operations and maximize room revenue and occupancy.

Manage reservations, room inventory, rates, distribution channels, and revenue strategies while supporting guest and business partner service.

Oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department.
Manage individual, corporate, group, long-stay, and online reservations; enter bookings accurately into the hotel PMS.
Monitor arrivals, departures, room availability, cancellations, no-shows, amendments, and extensions.
Respond promptly and professionally to reservation requests and guest enquiries.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Accounts, and other departments on room allocation and guest service.
Review reservation discrepancies and booking information; monitor room blocks, special requests, VIP bookings, and group reservations.
Ensure required reservation documentation and payment guarantees are obtained.

Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies to maximize room revenue.
Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, and booking pace.
Manage rates and availability by market segment and distribution channel; monitor competitor rates, promotions, packages, and trends.
Adjust rates and inventory based on demand, occupancy, booking patterns, and market conditions.
Identify opportunities to increase ADR, occupancy, and hotel revenue; apply revenue controls when required.
Analyze historical and current booking data and prepare occupancy, revenue, forecast, and performance reports.
Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.

Monitor and manage room inventory and rates on OTAs and other online booking channels; maintain rate and inventory parity.
Monitor online bookings, cancellations, modifications, and booking patterns; coordinate channel and connectivity issues with partners.
Identify opportunities to improve online revenue and reduce distribution costs.
Work with Sales on corporate rates, packages, promotions, and special offers; review corporate and long-stay rates.
Support pricing recommendations for groups, contracts, and special requests; monitor production by account and market segment.
Ensure negotiated rates and contracted agreements are correctly loaded and monitored.

At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel reservations and revenue management.
Previous experience as a Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager, or Reservations & Revenue Manager is preferred.
UAE or Dubai hotel experience is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, channel managers, and OTA platforms.
Good understanding of hotel revenue management principles and distribution channels.
Strong knowledge of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, forecasting, and yield management.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills; strong negotiation and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze market data and make timely pricing and inventory decisions.
Fluent English communication is required; additional languages are advantageous.
Bachelor's degree is required.
