Job Details:

Handle online communication with guests through email, booking platforms, and messaging applications.

Manage reservations by creating, updating, and modifying bookings, including processing online payments.

Send newsletters with booking information and follow up on guest experiences and feedback.

Monitor and respond to guest reviews across different platforms while resolving complaints professionally.

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest details, and communication history.

Support guest satisfaction by providing timely, helpful, and professional responses.

Carry out additional tasks assigned by management when required.

Assist in improving guest experience and maintaining positive online communication standards.

Job Experience Requirements

Strong interest in customer communication and guest interaction.

Responsible approach to work with strong attention to detail.

Ability to make accurate and timely decisions.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common software tools.

Comfortable using the internet and online booking platforms regularly.

Own laptop with stable internet connection.
