About the Role
Samaya Holiday Homes is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Distribution Executive to manage and optimize our property listings across major online travel agencies (OTAs), including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other booking platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing property visibility, improving listing performance, monitoring market trends, and helping drive occupancy and revenue growth across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other OTA platforms.
Ensure all property information, photos, amenities, rates, and availability are accurate and up to date.
Optimize listings to improve search rankings, visibility, and booking conversion.
Monitor pricing, promotions, availability, and restrictions across all channels.
Track market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.
Monitor guest reviews and recommend improvements to listing performance.
Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on booking performance and channel results.
Identify opportunities to increase bookings, revenue, and overall portfolio performance.
Support the management of the company’s online presence and social media channels when required.
Requirements
Previous experience in Holiday Homes, Hospitality, Hotels, or Vacation Rentals.
Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and Channel Management systems.
Understanding of OTA distribution, listing optimization, and platform performance.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience
with Guesty, Hostaway, or similar Channel Managers.
Understanding of revenue management and occupancy optimization.
Experience
managing multiple properties across different booking platforms.
