Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Specialist to manage booking inquiries, confirm reservations, and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience handling reservation systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings accurately
- Maintain updated reservation records and guest information
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Monitor room/unit availability and pricing updates
- Prepare reservation reports and daily booking summaries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve booking-related issues
- Follow company policies and reservation procedures
- Prepare the competitor activities report
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer support preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems/CRM
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
