Reservation Agent

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Reservations Agent with a passion for service excellence on a temporary basis.

You will report to the Reservation Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the hotel.

• Bet the main point of contact for booking rooms, dealing in a professional and efficient manner in line with Company standards
• Ensure accurate information is entered into our PMS for bookings
• Respond to and deal with enquiries through all channels within the specified time limits for the team
• Work towards maximising revenue through up-selling and cross-selling

To be successful in the role of Reservations Agent , we require:

• Experience in customer service
• Hospitality related qualification desirable
• Customer focused
• Proficient IT user
• Excellent communication skills
