Beauty Medical Center is looking for a full-time Clinic Receptionist & Social Media Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, responding to social media and WhatsApp inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting the sales process for our aesthetic and skincare treatments.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a professional front-desk experience
- Respond to Instagram, WhatsApp and social media messages
- Manage appointments, bookings and the daily clinic calendar
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into appointments
- Provide basic information about clinic services and treatments
- Support sales by explaining treatment options and booking consultations
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and clinic staff regarding schedules
- Handle phone calls, messages and walk-in clients professionally
- Maintain client records and appointment details accurately
- Support daily clinic operations and customer communication
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative or sales coordinator
- Experience in a clinic, beauty, aesthetic or healthcare center is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries
- Good organization and calendar management skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert leads into bookings
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluent English is required
- Russian language skills are preferred
- Turkish and Arabic language skills are considered an advantage
