Role Description
the Research Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for guiding research initiatives that support strategic decision-making across ntam’s service lines and sub-brands.
This role involves designing and executing research plans, including qualitative and quantitative studies, to generate insights that inform campaigns, brand strategies, and product or service positioning.
The Research Lead will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clear, actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Day-to-day work includes collaborating closely with strategy, creative, account management, and technology teams; preparing research briefs; managing external research partners as needed; and presenting findings in compelling, client-ready formats.
The role also includes building and refining research frameworks, ensuring data quality and integrity, and mentoring junior team members to elevate research standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare-related research and assessment activities.
- Design and execute research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations.
- Conduct patient, provider, and healthcare ecosystem research.
- Analyze research findings and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Develop reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to support healthcare service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure research outputs align with project objectives and government priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in research, consulting, healthcare strategy, or public sector projects.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, government entities, or healthcare transformation programs.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience supporting healthcare modernization or patient experience initiatives.
