To effectively manage growth of business financially (top and bottom line) through the development of people/staff, the development of client relationships and self.

Job Content

  • Lead the business and projects hands-on
  • Meeting corporate business objectives
  • Profitability of the business unit
  • Formulation and implementation of competitive business strategies for the unit
  • Promotion of 4SiGHT brand in the region
  • Be part of the product development
  • Providing leadership support to business unit
  • Organization culture and value system

Accountability/Responsibility

  • Setting of annual budget/plan and its execution.
  • Strategic planning/visioning/forecasting
  • Translates strategic goals and objectives into specific programs.
  • Influences policies and climate for the organization and links with mission of whole process.
  • Responsible for standing of the brand in the industry.

Know-How (Knowledge/Experience)

Quantitative Craft Skills, at least 10+ years of experience, Having led teams in the current / earlier roles, Sales and negotiation ability.

Well oriented on newer data science streams and analytics.

  • Has the ability of a good leader and practices situational leadership.
  • Should be a good motivator
  • Good communication skills – communicates in an outgoing manner, has good listening and presenting abilities
