Research Associate

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using property databases, online research tools, and contact databases is a plus. However, if you are a fast learner, willing to put in the work, and enjoy being an internet sleuth, we can teach you the systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Unwavering determination in pursuing information, exploring all available resources, and diligently scouring every avenue until the data is uncovered.
• Flexible and open to new ideas, able to adjust strategies and approaches in response to evolving research needs.
• Think outside the box, sometimes the information can be found in the most unusual ways, and there are multiple ways to find it. Explore unconventional methods and approaches in research.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve, especially when faced with challenging research tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
