Research Assistant

Research assistant needed for equine physical therapy exercises. Interested individuals must be familiar with horse handling and exercise. Experience with training is desirable. The assistant will teach dynamic mobilization exercises to horses on 2 separate farms and then perform exercises 3 times weekly during the 6-week study period. Assistants must be able to follow study protocols and adhere to IACUC procedures. Expected commitment time is 3-5 hours each day for 3 days per week; however, this may vary based on horse behavior and trainability.
