Job Description

1. Technical & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with the development team to support the implementation of medical education platforms and tools.
• Translate academic requirements into functional specifications for developers.
• Assist in system testing, validation, and deployment processes.
• Provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth system operation. 2. Faculty Training & Support
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for faculty on using educational systems and digital tools.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation.
• Provide one-on-one support to faculty members as needed. 3. Feedback Collection & Analysis
• Collect feedback from faculty and stakeholders regarding system usability and educational effectiveness.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for system enhancements. 4. Collaboration with Development Team
• Act as a liaison between faculty and developers to ensure alignment between educational needs and technical solutions.
• Participate in meetings to discuss feature improvements and system updates.
• Support minor development tasks (e.g., configuration, testing, basic enhancements) as needed. 5.
