Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Research Analyst, Macro & Equity Strategy.
The Research Analyst will conduct macroeconomic and equity market research, gather and analyze financial and economic data, and support the development of investment strategies and market views.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing research reports and presentations, contributing to regular market commentary, and assisting in the creation of forecasts and models to evaluate economic trends and equity valuations.
The role involves monitoring key economic indicators, company news, and market developments, while collaborating with senior analysts and other teams to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
The Research Analyst will also interact with stakeholders to clarify research findings and help respond to client or internal queries.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret complex economic and market data.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from diverse sources.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports and verbal briefings.
- Relevant academic background in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are beneficial.
- Experience with financial data platforms, spreadsheets, and analytical tools; familiarity with macroeconomic and equity valuation concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to ethical and unbiased research practices.
