Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making through comprehensive research, data analysis, and business intelligence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, evaluating, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative information from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that support business planning, market assessment, and organizational growth.
The Research Analyst will conduct market, industry, competitor, and economic research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
The role involves designing research methodologies, gathering and validating data, performing statistical and qualitative analysis, and preparing reports that communicate findings in a clear and meaningful manner.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market dynamics, customer behavior, business performance, and industry developments to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
The individual will develop analytical models, summarize complex information, and produce research reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive briefings for internal stakeholders.
The role also involves monitoring key market indicators, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic trends to ensure research outputs remain current and relevant.
The Research Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development to define research objectives and provide evidence-based recommendations.
In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to business case development, competitive benchmarking, performance analysis, and strategic planning activities.
The role requires maintaining high standards of data integrity, research quality, and analytical rigor while managing multiple research projects in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex information into practical insights that support informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex information.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of market research, industry analysis, competitive intelligence, and business research techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of data from multiple sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop evidence-based recommendations.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and research quality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, survey design, and research databases is beneficial.
- Knowledge of business performance metrics, economic indicators, and strategic planning concepts is advantageous.
