***Overview***

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ***Resale & Leasing Contracts Specialist*** to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE real estate industry and be responsible for managing contracts, transaction documentation, compliance requirements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely property transactions.

This role plays a key part in supporting resale, leasing, and property management operations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.

***Responsibilities:***

· Draft, review, and process resale contracts (MOUs) in compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.

· Handle Tawtheeq applications and related documentation.

· Create and manage Property Management contracts and oversee related processes.

· Coordinate with agents, developers, clients, and government entities to ensure efficient and timely transaction closures.

· Manage and verify client documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle.

· Monitor transaction timelines, prepare addendums, and track key milestones to ensure seamless execution.

· Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Listings, Legal, Finance, and Operations to streamline workflows and resolve issues.

· Conduct due diligence to minimize risks and protect the interests of both clients and the company.

· Maintain organized document control systems and prepare transaction reports for management review.

· Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and address process bottlenecks.

· Ensure all contract terms are legally sound, transparent, and aligned with company standards and UAE regulatory frameworks.

· Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and contract turnaround times.

· Assist in implementing and maintaining digital tracking tools, templates, and systems to improve document management and data accuracy.

***Qualifications:***

· Must have prior experience in the UAE Real Estate industry.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, transaction coordination, real estate operations, or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of UAE real estate transaction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

· Experience handling MOUs, Tawtheeq, property management contracts, and transaction documentation.

· Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and document management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

· Experience using CRM systems and digital document management tools is an advantage.
