Responsibilities
- Supervise construction workers and assign daily tasks based on project needs
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed on schedule

- Ensure all construction activities meet required quality and safety standards
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively on-site
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity among the workforce
- Interpret and apply construction drawings and site instructions accurately
- Provide daily progress reports to project management
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant worksite at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Foreman in civil construction, infrastructure, or commercial building projects
- Solid understanding of site supervision, construction methods, and project execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities efficiently
- Knowledge of health, safety, and construction standards (including OSHA or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
- GCC construction experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and site documentation
