We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Cable Jointer to join our team in Qatar.
This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) cable systems within industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining power distribution integrity by performing cable jointing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Perform LV and MV cable jointing and termination tasks with precision and safety
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical cable systems across various project sites
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults promptly and effectively
- Support cable laying, testing, and routine maintenance activities
- Interpret and follow electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Adhere strictly to electrical safety procedures, site regulations, and company protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors and project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in optimal condition
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Cable Jointer in relevant projects
- Kahramma approval is preferred
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, cable installation practices, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
- Relevant electrical qualification or certification is an advantage
Preferred Candidates
- Prior experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Gulf standards and regional electrical safety practices
- Availability to join immediately will be given preference
