Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Monitor company expenses and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities
- Assist with budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Ensure all accounting work is completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- NOC is mandatory for candidates currently in Qatar
- Gulf experience will be an added advantage
