About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable and revenue cycle management
* Drive collections efficiency and manage customer ageing & credit exposure
* Oversee VAT compliance, filings, and audit readiness
* Support Corporate Tax processes and liaise with tax advisors
* Strengthen internal controls and manage intercompany reconciliations
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT for process improvements and automation
? Key Focus Areas:
* Cash flow optimization & collections discipline
* Credit risk management
* VAT compliance and audit coordination
* Process efficiency and ERP enhancements
Requirements
Requirements:
* CA / ACCA / CPA qualified
* 5–8 years of experience in AR, Credit Control, and Tax
* UAE VAT compliance experience is mandatory
* Experience in Pharma / FMCG trading & distribution preferred
* Strong ERP (JDE) and advanced Excel skills
