Requirements
- minimum 12 years

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with strategic planning, process optimization, and change management
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software
