About This Role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually compelling presentations, dashboards, reports, and infographics to represent project controls data (cost, schedule, risk, progress).
- Collaborate with project controls, planning, cost, and risk teams to translate technical content into visually clear and engaging graphics.
- Develop corporate-standard templates for project reporting, executive briefs, and project communications.
- Maintain consistency with corporate branding guidelines across all design outputs.
- Support internal and external communications with visual content for brochures, newsletters, videos, and digital platforms.
- Enhance visualization of project metrics, KPIs, and analytics using modern tools and techniques.
- Create engaging multimedia content (static and motion) when required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design standards and innovation.
- **Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, engineering, or project management environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (preferred).
- Familiarity with engineering or project controls terminology and documentation is a strong advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print formats.
- Excellent communication, layout, typography, and design skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
