Bechtel has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports. Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Salman International Airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travellers by 2030 and 185 million travellers by 2050, and the capacity to process up to 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050. Bechtel will provide PMC services for three new terminals; Terminal 6 is a new build ‘low cost carrier’ – hyper efficient terminal with gross floor area of 450,000m2, capacity of 20mppa; Iconic Terminal is a new build ‘new concept’ terminal with gross floor area of 1M m2, capacity of 40 to 45 mppa, and Private Aviation Terminal and hangars for VIPs and business jet passengers.

The Reporting Manager must combine a breadth of expertise across the cost and schedule disciplines.

Will be responsible for the development, coordination, and maintenance of dashboards and other reporting tools at the project level across the Master Planning, Engineering and Construction phases.

Also supervises cost estimating, analysis, and control activities and schedule integration needs of the project.

Identifies restraints and cost trends for management attention.

May review invoices for correct collection of revenue.

Responsible for cost engineering, cost estimating, and cost analysis/control activities.

The Reporting Manager will be a key member of the project team and will report to the Project Controls Manager.

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
