Reporting/Controls Manager

Role overview

Reporting and dashboard development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Automate recurring project controls reports and performance metrics.
• Produce executive-level project status reports and develop standardized KPIs for program and portfolio reporting.

Schedule and cost analytics

• Analyze progress trends and support earned value management reporting and analysis.
• Provide forecasting support.

Business intelligence and process improvement

• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights for project leadership and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Develop automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions, using Python and SQL to streamline workflows.
• Use digital tools and analytical techniques to improve reporting efficiency and support Project Controls digital transformation.

Project integration

• Coordinate technical engineering disciplines and procurement of materials and equipment, and provide construction planning assistance.
• Relocation to the project site may be required during construction and start-up activities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in project controls, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and managing project performance reporting.

Preferred experience and tools

• Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects is preferred.
• Listed tools and systems include Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SQL, and Python.
