Responsibility
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from WMS-LFS and related systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operations, finance, and management.
- Work closely with business users and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build operational KPIs and performance dashboards (inbound, outbound, inventory, billing, productivity, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across reports.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from business stakeholders.
- Document report logic, data models, and SQL queries for maintainability.
- Collaborate with integration and application teams to validate data sources and resolve data issues.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
- **Desirable Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.**
- **Work Experience: Proven experience (5+Yeras) as a Data Analyst/BI Developer, or similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization or within the logistics industry.**
Required Technical Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in data visualization using Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data modeling and visualization best practices.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience to design Dashboard to be compatible with Mobile Devices
- Expertise in extracting the data from REST APIs to Power BI Visualization Tool
- Strong knowledge in understanding of Database Concepts and Ability to write SQL Queries
- Able to Develop Data Models to identify potential opportunities and risks using the data sets
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing trends or patterns and reports.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning).
- Intermediate proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics is required.
- Experience working with Pandas, NumPy, API integrations, and database connectivity.
- Ability to build automation scripts for recurring reporting tasks.
