Role overview

Key duties and responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity within information management systems.
• Compile and maintain large volumes of real estate portfolio data for reporting, benchmarking, and analysis.
• Generate and compile data from multiple sources using business intelligence tools and information management systems.
• Prepare performance, scorecard, and other reports to support business communication and decision-making.
• Perform calculations and analysis for performance reporting, occupancy cost allocation and chargeback, and budget-to-spend variance reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and skills

• Community college diploma or equivalent training, such as RPA or CET.
• More than 1 year and up to 3 years of job-related experience.
• Able to process large amounts of data in an organized manner and use data insights to develop strategies and recommendations.
• Proficient with relational databases, reporting tools, MS Office, MS Access, and MS Excel; able to learn new information systems quickly.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills; very strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including communicating with users with varied technical backgrounds.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities; learns technical skills and knowledge quickly.
• Familiarity with the development lifecycle and related change management concepts.
• Database tools, Power BI, Access, MS Office, Tableau, SQL, and Python knowledge is considered an asset.
• French is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of CRM, D365, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate is considered an asset.

Employment and compensation

• Regular, full-time position.
• Salary range is $54,185–$67,732 per annum; starting salary depends on the successful candidate’s competencies, including experience, education, and performance.
