Reporting Analyst

Role summary

Key duties

• Maintains data integrity within information management systems.
• Compiles and maintains large volumes of real estate portfolio data for reporting, benchmarking, and analysis.
• Generates and compiles data from multiple sources using business intelligence tools and information management systems.
• Prepares performance reports, scorecards, and other reports for business communication and decision-making.
• Performs calculations and analysis for performance reporting, occupancy cost allocation and chargeback, and budget-to-spend variance reporting.

Qualifications

• Community college diploma or equivalent training, such as RPA or CET.
• More than one year and up to three years of job-related experience.
• Proficiency in relational databases, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication with users of varied technical backgrounds.
• French is an asset.
• Knowledge of database tools, Power BI, Access, Microsoft Office, Tableau, SQL, or Python is an asset.
• Familiarity with the development lifecycle and change management concepts.
• Knowledge of CRM, D365, PowerApps, or PowerAutomate is an asset.

Employment and compensation

• Regular, full-time position.
• Salary range is $54,185 to $67,732 per annum; starting salary depends on the successful candidate’s competencies, including experience, education, and performance related to the role.
