Reporting Analyst

Role overview

What the role does

• Identify trends, risks and opportunities in service data and present recommendations.
• Gather stakeholder reporting requirements and translate business needs into reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure service data is accurate, consistent and reliable.
• Integrate, consolidate and analyze data from various systems and platforms.
• Review reporting processes and improve automation, efficiency and user experience while supporting continuous improvement.

What makes candidates successful

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline, or equivalent reporting and analytical experience.
• Proven experience producing business reports, analyzing data and supporting stakeholders with actionable insights in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• SAP, Salesforce and data modelling experience would be advantageous.
• Exposure to forecasting, performance management, business intelligence reporting and process improvement would be beneficial.
• Curious, detail-oriented and proactive; able to challenge assumptions and communicate complex insights and recommendations clearly.
