About The Role

  • Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting, analysis, and presentation.
  • This position plays a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the organisation and contributes to the effectiveness of cross-functional teams in our fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
  • Collect, compile, and organise data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create, customise, and maintain reports and visualisations using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Schedule and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity, making necessary corrections and updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide support as needed.

About You

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to manage tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate reports.
  • A strong team-player mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
