Repair and Maintenance Technician / Intervention Services and Drilling Tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain oilfield tools and equipment
• Disassemble, clean, refurbish, assemble, and prepare equipment for field operations
• Perform measurements and inspections using precision tools and testing equipment
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, and required documentation accurately
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and lifting equipment safely (as certified)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and compliance with HSE standards
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and equipment movement as needed
• Skills / Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to read technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a shop environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
