**Job Title:** Real Estate Agent – Rentals & Property Listings (Commission Based Only)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will focus on rental properties, client acquisition, property viewings, and listing properties on Bayut and other real estate platforms.
This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for driven professionals.
Responsibilities
- Source and acquire rental property listings.
- Manage and publish property listings on Bayut and other property portals.
- Generate leads and build relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the rental process.
- Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties.
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market and rental trends.
Requirements
- Previous real estate sales or leasing experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Bayut and property listing platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
