- Assist customers with car rental inquiries and reservations.
- Promote and sell rental products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Explain rental terms, conditions, insurance options, and company policies.
- Prepare rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and return procedures.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and rental transactions.
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability.
- Process payments and prepare daily sales reports.
