Job Summary
A Car Rental Sales Agent is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rentals, promoting rental services, preparing rental agreements, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The agent also coordinates vehicle delivery and collection while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle rental inquiries and reservations.
- Promote and sell car rental services and additional products.
- Explain rental terms, conditions, rates, and insurance options.
- Prepare and process rental agreements and related documents.
- Coordinate vehicle handover and return inspections.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor vehicle availability and update booking systems.
- Follow company policies and rental regulations.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in car rental, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to use booking systems.
- Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time
