Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics across Vancouver divisions when deliveries and pickups overlap; schedule and track shipments using transportation management systems.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
• Prepare shipment documents such as delivery tickets and bills of lading.
• Create rental contracts, invoices, credits, returns, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Provide accounts-payable invoice backup and coordinate with vendors to check accuracy.
• Enter information in Excel and company software; collect customer credit, insurance, and other documents for Accounting.
• Support inventory records, equipment work orders, proofreading, and corrections.
• Keep shipping and receiving moving efficiently, prioritize high-volume work, follow safety procedures, and support project coordinators with timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Two to four years of logistics experience.
• Strong customer-service skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a professional manner with colleagues, clients, service providers, and suppliers.
• A diploma or post-secondary education in logistics or a related field is an asset.
• The role involves light physical exertion and limited visual, auditory, and manual demands.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $60,000–$80,000 CAD.
