Renewals Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renewal of trade licenses for UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore entities.
• Track license expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal processes.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities such as DET, Free Zones, Immigration, and other regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit renewal applications and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow up on approvals, payments, and issuance of renewed licenses.
• Maintain updated records of all client licenses, visas, and company documents in the CRM/system.
• Advise clients on renewal requirements, timelines, and associated fees.
• Coordinate with internal PROs, consultants, and finance teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE government rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Handle client queries related to renewals in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE business setup, PRO services, or license renewals.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore licensing procedures.
• Familiarity with government portals
• Strong communication and client handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
