We're Hiring – Removals & Relocations Business Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Top Most Freight Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Removals & Relocations Business Manager** to establish, lead, and expand our Household Goods, Office Relocations, and International Moving Division.
This is a leadership role for a professional with proven experience in the removals and relocation industry who can drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Removals & Relocations business across the UAE and GCC.
- Generate new corporate and individual relocation accounts.
- Manage domestic and international household goods shipments.
- Lead survey, quotation, packing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery operations.
- Build relationships with relocation partners and overseas agents worldwide.
- Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage relocation teams.
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the Removals & Relocations industry.
- Strong knowledge of international household goods shipping and customs procedures.
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Experience managing relocation crews and operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
