• Portfolio Focused: A strong portfolio showing custom web design work, modern aesthetics, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX).
• ​Problem Solver: Ability to listen to a client’s business problem and design a website that serves as a direct solution.
• ​Design Expertise: Skilled in using modern design tools (like Figma, Adobe XD, or AI-powered design suites).
• ​Adaptability: Experience in creating custom, tailor-made designs rather than just using generic templates.
• ​Independent & Reliable: Ability to manage your own timeline, understand project requirements quickly, and communicate clearly in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• ​Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools to streamline design processes is a huge plus.
