Remote Virtual Assistant for Mental Health Clinic

What You’ll Do:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and client messages with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Use and manage electronic systems for billing and scheduling (training provided)
• Keep patient records organized and up to date
• Communicate and coordinate with providers and patients
• Work across multiple screens and platforms efficiently
• Help the practice stay organized and responsive behind the scenes

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong people skills — warm, patient, and clear communicator
• Fast and accurate typist — ideally 50–70+ words per minute (WPM)
• Experience using a monitor and a laptop
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Quick learner, excited to grow and take initiative
• Interest in the mental health field is a big plus
• Must be available on weekends, our clinic is 7 days a week 7am-8pm

Compensation & Schedule Overview:

• Hours: 16 - 28 hours per week (must work at least 10 hours every weekend - it can be every Saturday or every Sunday)
• Location: Fully Remote
• Start Date: ASAP
• Training Provided
