Job Description

Smart Finder Real Estate is expanding its

Secondary Market Sales Team

and is looking for motivated, disciplined, and ambitious

Remote Real Estate Sales Consultants

to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who want to build a strong career in the

Dubai real estate market

while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

You will be responsible for contacting property owners, landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors from our CRM database, qualifying leads, building client relationships, and closing secondary market deals.

We provide the calling application, access to

100,000+ real estate leads

, training, support, and AI call assessment to help improve your performance and client handling.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with real estate leads from the company CRM.
  • Speak with property owners, sellers, landlords, buyers, and investors.
  • Qualify client requirements and identify sales or listing opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
  • Focus on your selected Dubai area or community.
  • Arrange property listings, viewings, and client meetings when required.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to support deal closing.
  • Maintain accurate lead updates and call notes in the CRM.
  • Improve call quality and client handling based on AI call assessment feedback.
  • Work consistently and independently in a remote sales environment.

Qualifications

  • Real estate or sales experience is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills are required.
  • Arabic or other languages are a strong advantage.
  • Confident in calling, following up, and handling clients.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-disciplined, consistent, and able to work remotely.
  • Target-driven and motivated to earn through commission.
  • Interest in Dubai real estate and the secondary market.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow company sales processes.
