Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Remote IT Technician.
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with IT-related problems, and delivering training and guidance on technology usage.
Additional duties may include maintaining systems, ensuring smooth operation of online events, and supporting the overall IT infrastructure for community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Technical Support and Information Technology practices
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with users
- Experience providing IT-related Training and assistance to users
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Familiarity with SAP technologies and a passion for community engagement is a plus
- Relevant certifications or experience in IT support and technology are beneficial
