detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist

1) Data Entry and Record Maintenance

2) Data Verification and Quality Assurance
- Verify the accuracy of entered information before final submission.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies or discrepancies within datasets.
- Conduct routine data quality checks to maintain database reliability.
- Ensure records follow established formatting and documentation standards.
3) Information Processing and Reporting
- Process customer records, inventory details, financial transactions, and administrative documentation.
- Work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and specialized data entry software.
- Generate reports or summaries for management review when requested.
- Maintain structured datasets to support operational analysis and reporting.
4) Data Security and Compliance
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Follow company guidelines related to data protection and privacy standards.
- Ensure records are stored securely and managed in compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy when processing confidential information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
