Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Remote Customer Service Representative at Apex Advertisers.
The role includes managing customer inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience.
Responsibilities
involve handling customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing concerns, and providing solutions as needed.
This role requires a balance of remote work and on-site presence in our Dubai office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette for professional communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is desirable
- Basic familiarity with advertising platforms like Facebook or Amazon is advantageous
