Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Customer Service Associate.
The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
The role will also involve handling customer concerns with professionalism, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Ability to ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective communication
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with remote communication tools and technologies
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous
