🔹Remote Contractor Roles (3 Positions) – Sales & Marketing Team

  • Privileged Enterprises LLC is a UAE-based business consultancy supporting clients with:
  • Business consultancy
  • Company formation
  • Business administration
  • Advertisement management
  • Web design and custom code
  • Marketing content creation
  • Our team works through an internal proprietary platform used for emails, lead generation, clocking in/out, marketing tasks, content creation, ads management, and client calls.
  • We are building a high-performance remote team targeting clients in UAE, USA, and Ireland.
  • 📌 Open Positions (1 hire per role)

1. Lead Generation Specialist

  • Identify and research target clients
  • Find decision-makers within companies
  • Conduct outreach via email
  • Deliver high-quality, qualified leads

2. Marketing Specialist

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns
  • Support lead generation through ads
  • Develop and post engaging content
  • Work closely with Lead Gen & Sales

3. Business Development Administrator

  • Contact and nurture leads
  • Conduct calls and close deals
  • Manage client relationships
  • Work directly with Lead Generation
  • ⏰ Working Hours
  • 8 hours/day (7 hours work + 1-hour paid break)
  • Time overlap required:
  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Ireland)
  • 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UAE)
  • 💰 Compensation
  • Monthly base salary
  • 35% commission on closed deals
  • Example: €1000 deal \= €350 commission

🎯 Probation & Growth

  • 6-month probation period
  • Performance-based continuation
  • Option to remain a contractor
  • OR transition to full-time employment
  • OR relocate to UAE (Ras Al Khaimah office – visa + tax residency provided)
  • 🧠 Requirements
  • Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Confident on camera (important)
  • Strong communication & sales ability
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • 💻 Equipment
  • Reliable laptop (no high specs required)
  • Good camera
  • Good microphone or headset
  • 📅 Hiring Process
  • Interviews: 2nd – 3rd May
  • 2-stage interview process
  • Fast decision (successful candidates notified immediately)
