Role overview

Executive liaison

• Arrange and coordinate high-level meetings with C-suite executives and public-sector officials.
• Manage diaries and keep schedules moving efficiently.

Events and logistics

• Coordinate project-team travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
• Support event preparation and on-the-day operations.

Meeting coordination and reporting

• Maintain accurate contact and meeting records using digital and AI tools.
• Act as a discreet, professional first point of contact for senior stakeholders.

Candidate requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English and at least one additional language relevant to the project country.
• Experience in executive assistance, event management, business development, or client-facing administration.
• Polished communication, strong phone and email etiquette, and confidence and tact engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisation, discretion, ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Comfort using AI and digital tools to automate routine work.
• Media, publishing, or advertising background; event-management experience; and emerging-market experience are nice to have.
